Cara menginstall linux debian

• Setting computer anda agar booting pertama melalui CD ROM pada BIOS.
• Setelah proses booting, akan terdapat tulisan enter to boot. Tekan Enter
untuk memulainya.
• Masukkan CD install Debian pada CDROM.
• Kemuadian muncul [Choose your Language] Pilih saja bahasa English.
• Kemudian akan keluar [Choose your country ] pilih Other, kemudian Indonesia.
• Setelah itu kita akan muncil Keymap to use pilih aja defaultnya, langsung
tekan Enter.
• Kemudian tunggu proses Detecting Hardware. Dan langsung diteruskan proses
Scanning CDROM.
• Kemudian diteruskan dengan Loading Additional Component.
• Setelah proses loading maka komputer akan kembali meneruskan mendetecting
network hardware dari komputer.
• Kemudian Configuring The Network with DHCP. Lalu kemudian keluar proses
Configure the Network. Setelah selesai klik Continue. Dan apabila keluar
kotak dialog laporan bahwa Network Autoconfiguration failed maka pilih
perintah Do Not Configure the Network At This Time. Dan klik enter.
• Kemudian kita diperintahkan untuk mengisikan hostname, pilih aja defaultnya
debian,kemuadian continue
• Setelah itu komputer akan melakukan proses Starting Up Partition.
• Dan pada Partition Disk pilih Guided-use entire disk.
Kemudian muncul select disk to partition, maksudnya pilih disk yang
mau dipartisi, kemudian tekan enter, kemudian Partitioning scheme pilih aja
defaultnya langsung tekan enter, kemudian tekan finish
• Kemudian muncul and write changes to disk, pilih yes
• kemudianmuncul Configure time,terserah mau pilih apa
• Lalu muncul Set up users and passwords dan pada Root password yang
digunakan untuk password root. Ketikkan password anda dan setelah itu ketik
ulang password pada kotak perintah Re-Enter Password to Verity. Kemudian
pada full name for the user: ketik nama user anda dan ketik nama user
account juga pada kotak user for your account. Kemudian ketik paswordnya
pada Choose a password for new user untuk password usernya. Dan ketik
passwordnya lagi pada kotak perintah Re-Enter password to verity.
• Tunggulah proses Installing the Base system yang dilakukan komputer. Setelah
selesai klik enter. Pada Kernel to install pilih Linux-image_2.6-680.Lalu
komputer akan melakukan proses installing Kernel dan proses Configuring apt.
Pada Configure the package manager klik no dan kemudian klik continue dan
pada Configuring Popularity Contest ketik no pada Participale in the package
usage survey?
• Dan komputer kemudian akan melakukan Select dan Install Software. Dan pada
Software Selection pilih Dekstop environment dan Standard system pada Chosee
Software to install. Lalu klik Continue. Maka komputer akan kembali pada
proses Select dan Install Software.
• Kemudian Install the GRUB boot loader dan pada kotak dialog install the Grub
Loader on a hard disk pilih yes.
• Dan komputer akan kembali pada proses Instaling GRUB Loader kemudian
finishing the instalation dan klik Continue.
• Installation complete

Core i3

The Core i3 was intended to be the new low end of the performance processor line from Intel, following the retirement of the Core 2 brand.

The first Core i3 processors were launched on January 7, 2010.

The first Nehalem based Core i3 was Clarkdale-based, with an integrated GPU and two cores. The same processor is also available as Core i5 and Pentium, with slightly different configurations.

The Core i3-3xxM processors are based on Arrandale, the mobile version of the Clarkdale desktop processor. They are similar to the Core i5-4xx series but running at lower clock speeds and without Turbo Boost.

Core 2 Extreme processors are enthusiast versions of Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad processors, usually with a higher clock frequency and an unlocked clock multiplier, which makes them especially attractive for overclocking. This is similar to earlier Pentium processors labeled as Extreme Edition. Core 2 Extreme processors were released at a much higher price than their regular version, often $999 or more.

Core 2 Quad

Core 2 Quad processors are multi-chip modules consisting of two dies similar to those used in Core 2 Duo, forming a quad-core processor. While this allows twice the performance to a dual-core processors at the same clock frequency in ideal conditions, this is highly workload specific and requires applications to take advantage of the extra cores. Also, high-end Core 2 Duo processors often operate at higher clock frequencies, so the performance for single-thread workloads would be worse on a Core 2 Quad.

Initially, all Core 2 Quad models were versions of Core 2 Duo desktop processors, Kentsfield derived from Conroe and Yorkfield from Wolfdale, but later Penryn-QC was added as a high-end version of the mobile dual-core Penryn.

The Xeon 32xx and 33xx processors are mostly identical versions of the desktop Core 2 Quad processors and can be used interchangeably.

Processor cores

The initial Core i7 processors released were codenamed Bloomfield, branded as Core i7-9xx along with their Xeon 3500-series counterparts. As of 2009, they are Intel's high-end Desktop processors, sharing the Socket 1366 platform with the single and dual-processor server processors.

Lynnfield is the second processor sold under the Core i7 brand, while at the same time being sold as Core i5. Unlike Bloomfield, it does not have a QPI interface but directly connects to a southbridge using a 2.5 GT/s Direct Media Interface and to other devices using PCI Express links in its Socket 1156. Core i7 processors based on Lynnfield have Hyper-Threading, which is disabled in Lynnfield-based Core i5 processors.

Clarksfield is the mobile version of Lynnfield and available under the Core i7 Mobile brand, as part of the Calpella platform. It was released at the Intel Developer Forum on September 23, 2009.

The second mobile Core i7 processor family will be Arrandale, sold as the Core i7-6xx processors and featuring an integrated graphics processing unit but only two processor cores, half of Clarksfield. Clarkdale, the desktop version of Arrandale, will not be sold as Core i7, but only as Core i3 and Core i5. All support Intel's Hyper Threading (HT).

Gulftown is the Extreme Edition version of the Core i7, featuring 6 cores, 32nm process, Hyper-Threading (for a total of 12 logical threads), 12 MB of cache, Turbo Boost and Intel QuickPath connection bus
